China's cars to reach U.S. gradually

Don't expect to see an influx of Chinese automobiles in the United States any time soon, China's deputy minister of commerce said Wednesday during a visit to Detroit.
Ma Xiuhong said China's domestic automakers are busy feeding demand from Chinese consumers and do not have the dealer relationships necessary to expand on a large scale to the
"I don't think it is the right time to export a lot of cars into the United States from China," Ma told the Free Press. "The Chinese auto market is the fastest-growing market in the world. I believe for some period of time, Chinese automakers will be preoccupied with this."
