Xiali is the 2nd best selling small car in China behind the Chery QQ. Is Xiali a 100% Chinese car like the Chery QQ or was it made with a joint venture with a foreign company.

Im pretty sure xiali and hongqi are chinese owned and operated side of FAW, and FAW does joint ventures with toyota and vw also...

so its like chery i think

how much does the Xiali cost?

The local price is built up on FOB price plus sea freight, custom duties and other triffs, and the dealer would also add a small benefit before they deliver the car to you.

the Xiali series priced a bit cheaper than chery QQ series in China, and the brand sold as twice as QQ in quantity (Xiali sold 240,000 units throughout China in 2005). FYI.
