HI All:Im glad to find this forum.
I am in Beijing, and own a 2008 Hover, which I feel is a great little SUV. However, there are a few minor things which I have questions about...
1. I believe there is no headlight reminder switch, so it is easy to leave the headlights on, and drain your battery.
2. If the battery dies, the Engine light will come on, and stay on, even after charging the battery.

So, I would like to know if anyone knows how to reset the engine light. without taking it to the dealer. I have a Autel OBD2 Code scanner, but after clearing the codes tonight, the Engine light still seems to be on.

I would also like to know how to set the digital clock above the radio. There are 3 buttons there, but I cant get the clock to change time :-(

Finally, if anyone has a link to an English user guide or manual for the Hover, that would be great!

Going to a Great Wall dealer is a relatively inexpensive experience. I'd go there once to watch how they reset the system after a dead battery situation (or battery disconnect), and then you know.

As for not having a "headlights left on" reminder, while only my most recent vehicle has that feature, I do like it.

Have you e-mailed Great Wall and asked for an English language owner's manual? Contact their int'l sales department.
