No. :nono:

Yuejin is their old name from a few years ago, Nanjing Automobile Corporation (NAC) is their current name.

They have a few sub-companies/joint ventures which could be treated seperately such as Nanjing Fiat, Nanjing IVECO, Nanjing Soyat, Nanjing MG (南汽名爵 - Nanqi Ming Jue) etc.

Yuejin Motor Group, established on the basis of Yuejin Motor (Group) Corporation (previously named Nanjing Auto Works) as the parent company and approved by the State Economy and Trade Committee, is one of the largest enterprise groups in China. In 2005 Yuejin Motor Group possesses an annual production capacity of 180,000 vehicles of various models and has three major vehicle production bases, namely, Nanjing Yuejin, Nanjing Iveco and Nanjing Fiat.
this is from their CORPORATE PROFILE in the website www.nanqi.com.cn (http://www.nanqi.com.cn)

so i think the parent company of all the companies u listed is Yuejin?

In GlobalAutoIndex the company is NANJING YUEJIN MOTOR GROUP and it is divided into these parts:

http://www.globalautoindex.com/makelist.plt?letter=N

1) "Nanjing-Fiat" (Fiat Palio, Siena, Doblo)

2) "NAVECO" (Iveco Daily)

3) "Nanjing-Yuejin" or "Nanqi" (Soyat, SUV's, Pick-ups)

4) "Yuejin Light Duty Vehicle" (special purpose vehicles)

GlobalAutoIndex does not list truck factories but there is one more joint-venture:

5) Yuejin "Heavy Trucks"

Keep the name Nanjing !!!!!!!!

Maybe you should split Nanjing MG/ Austin out from the rest as this bit is likely to be where Nanjing bet the comany so to speak, whereas the IVECO/ FIAT bits are just joint ventures that perhaps sit better under the official title of NANJING YUEJIN MOTOR GROUP? As for Soyat well is that likely to just die when the existing cars diie?

The giant cellphone company Ningbo Bird had a stake in Nanqi's Soyat subsidiary but when the going got tough after the 2004 market downturn, they sold their stake and Amoi Electronics was thought to be going to take up the slack with an increase in their stake. Don't know if that ever happened.
But now according to www.autoinfo.gov.cn 2006-4-25 Bird is back in the picture. So maybe Soyat will be around a bit longer than expected.
