But considering that Chinese crash tests speed are pretty close (but not that close) to that of American and European crash tests speed. But there are still a lot of improvements to do there.

I can't see any chance in Europe. Below compare two different crashtest brilliance BS6: Dekra (56 km/h) and ADAC (64 km/h). Side both 50 km/h, but in Europe weight platform is 1 500 kg (in China only 950 kg). No comments...

Well let's remember the BS2 isn't that new either.
Chrey's most recent efforts do a much better job at the offset test. (Except QQ6: car remains intact, occupants die of internal bleeding ;) ) Even BYD did reasonably well.
I think Brilliance will improve improve export models while keeping their domestic models at 'cola can quality steel'. Just like the BS6, which already did a much better ncap spec test in Spain.
