Polarsun has done a nice job of fitting a unique bull nose to a Toyota HiAce van design. But the company has so far tried without success to attract the kind of foreign, or domestic, investment that would allow it to develop its own models from the bottom up.

I have visited Polarsun plant at Shenyang a few years ago, there were a couple of guy fitting the minivan, at that time i doubted they were good enough to enter the car industry. At the Shanghai Auto Show, their prototype were not well finished. Anyway the company i worked for did not succeed in selling engine design service to them. The reason i think was that they lacked finance and experience in the auto industry.
