Looks like a clown car, you know the type of car that drives around in circles underneath the circus tent only to stop and have like 60 clowns get out of it.

It is a prototype (2004) of Lifan, especially designed for South East Asia. The price idea is 15.000 yuan. I don't know if they will produce it.
