Since ford is selling so many cars in China. Chery should be selling their cars in the US, We should threathen to put quotas on all american cars if the US don't let Chery and other Chinese automakers sell their cars in the US.

We are not in a position like that yet.

I expected Chery to sell lots of cars in april, after the govt put in a new tax structure lowering taxes for small engined Chinese cars and increasing taxes on imported cars with engines over 2500cc.

I highly doubt the US Government would try to stop Chery from selling cars here. They certainly have no quotas on imported cars anymore, not for over 20 years in fact.

I don't think Chery offers many products that Americans will rush to, however.
