Funny I just was reading a south African article on GWM and at the end it said...
"Aside: We have previously written about bloopers when it comes to the naming of motor vehicles. In the course of our research for this article we discovered that "GWM" is slang for Gay White Male. And those in the know tell me GWM often goes well with "sailor"..."
