It seems we haven't heard the last of the MG Rover Group down here in new Zealand. Even before the purchase of the struggling manufacturer by Nanjing Auto, Rover and MG exported cars to both NZ and Australia, but now, it seems that brand new MG's selling in Australia are a thing of the past. MG have continued selling cars in NZ though a distributor in the suburb of Newmarket, in our biggest city, Auckland.

OMG I would LOVE an MG7! How much are they here in NZ?

MG is really all over, they have re badged Roewe's in one country. Old MG's under a new name in another. Plus they have ONE let me repeat ONE roadster over hear in the UK. And MG X-Power is another company!

I wish they would bring Roewe or new MG models here. That would turn around MG's sales here I would think.
