A question to the Chinese members.
As what does an Quad Bike/ATV count in China? As an motorbike or as an car like in Europe?
Will I be able to register a ATV in china and get blue license plates or do i just drive and try not to get caught? (I have a Chinese drivers license C1) I know that motorbikes are not allowed here in Shenzhen but i saw already people riding Choppers and other Motobikes so i guess the police doesnt care much.
