My understanding is that its unabashedly produced without license.....
It's nice of them to acknowledge the Toyota 5VZ engine's origin.

1990 - 98 Land Cruiser body, styling elements of 1st Prado, with copy of nose of current Prado grafted on the front. Bizarre

definitely looks like the landcruiser indeed from the body design, and looks like it has nice specs for me...
