they look identical, what is the Price difference??

im assuming only difference between these 2 cars is SAFETY TESTING and PRICE

do they buy the rights of teh toyota model to be able to copy exact design?

The FC-1 is smaller than the Crown, this car looks like it's adapted from the JDM Toyota Allion/ Premio which is about the size of a Corolla.

or maybe the design of the car looks like an Allion/ Premio but is a different car.

There is much more to cars then just appearance and price. Power, reliability, safety, quality, and handling are important as well.

I dispise blatant copying such as this. Makes you wonder where else they've cut corners other than the design... I'll take the Toyota if I had to choose.

The exterior may remind people of the Toyota Crown, but the interior reminds me of the Toyota Corolla.
