A few questions:
Who's doing the crash testing of models with that chassis?
What do you think the life expectancy of those workers is?
Isn't that the Shandong Xin Ming Fiberglass factory?
I think they supply the bodies for the Smart lookalikes produced by Shanghai Tandem Motors...and others.

Those platform may be use for electric vehicle with low speed not going over 60km/h
If so, there is no problem not to have crash test.
In USA there is golf electric cart with license plate that can drive on street and only allow limited number of production per year for the company to manufacture for sale.

I have never seen such a assembly line,and of course,i don't think it is a assembly line,it can be only called repair workshop.
