Gonow Europe will show at the Bologna motorshow 2009 (4-8 december) the models line up including:

SUV Gx6,
Pick up Double cab Ga200,
Pick up single cab Ga200 ,
GS2,
GA200 with Diesel engine,
Pick up OFFROAD GA200 (special version equipped with lot of offroad optionals)

nice looking suv, have some lines from vw tiguan, acura and subaru for me but at least gonow this time try to avoid copy paste thing like with toyota prado, this is a good way for them, also i see some big changes in the interior and it's good to se that gonow company is making progress in their design department

Is it indeed developed exclusive for Europe?

we are working close to the chinese R&D department to achieve the best results possible with this new model.

Sales on EU market will start on July 2010, we are starting now the homologation process.

Its got clean lines along with a rugged look. It's definitely a departure from the crude Isuzu knock offs that Gonow was peddling a short time ago. I have to give Gonow credit; it seems to be driven to succeed in a very competitive market and its bold enough to strike out into unchartered (for Chinese) territory abroad.

I don't understand your suggestion Laofan. Aren't these completely different vehicles...one a Sorento clone, and the other, still of unknown design origin?
I was hoping Gonow Europe would get back to us on the design question as well.

You may remember that a couple of months back you said you were going to look into whether TJ Innova had a hand in the GS-2 design. Was it them or was it another design house who did this for Ji'ao?

I'm really sorry Dragin, but at the moment I cannot answer to the question.
I'll hope to have an answer to that when we will sell the vehicle in Europe.

Not a problem Gonow Europe. We are patient :) yet eagerly awaiting more about this new GS-2, and how it fares in the Western market.
