As for Hafei, a reliable source, Yang Jian, of Automotive News China tells us that Hafei production ended in 2014. As you may know, Chang'an Ford took over the production facility in Harbin last spring.
And so I would answer yes, to separating Hafei and Chang'he, for that reason, and for the reason that Chang'he is now controlled by BAIC (70%) as of November 2013. Thus it is no longer a Chang'an subsidiary, as both it and Hafei were previously. Bottom line, Hafei can be relegated to the archives.
By the way I would add my vote to dmitra's, for a separate category for the little LSEVs. They have quickly grown to be a truly major phenomenon in the industry.
