• The factory is based on the same Matiz produciotn line which was in line before
• They use spot wleding for joining different parts of the body
• There is no TOTALLY imported cars
• Yes, they are still producing QQ.

Just wanted to get some information about Kerman Khodro,
1)Is this the company producing VW Gol. is the partnership 50-50 between Kerman Khudro and VW
2) Did they build a new plant or new assembly line for VW Gol.
3) How Much VW Gol cost, Does it have only 1.6 litre engine ?
4) How can I arrange to visit the plant.
6) Can you give any plant contact detail?

No,it is now called MVM 530(in order to avoid name resmblance to Lifan 520,another chinese car produced in Bam).it is sold 195,000,000 Rls(about 19,000 us $s)

2)VW gol production has nearly stopped in bam
3)it is sold about 18,000 us $s
4)you must contact the central office in Tehran to arrange your visit.You must travell to tehran by plane,then to Kerman(about 1000 Kms from tehran) and to Bam(about 250 Kms from Kerman).the plant is in special economic zone of bam city(10 Kms from city)
