I'm sorry I don't have details about these plants.

Regarding Brilliance:
Shineray Chongqing Automobile Co.,Ltd:
Plant No. 2 is located at :
No. 17 E. Chaoyang Road, High & New Technology Zone, Mianyang, Sichuan 621000
Brilliance engine subsidiary:
Xinchen China Power Holdings, Ltd :
Science and Technology City, Jianmenlu West No.228, Mianyang, Sichuan 621000
Thanks for the info!

The Mianyang Huarui plant (at #3 above) is the same one at No. 17 Chaoyang E. Road. "Gaoxin qu" translated as "High-Tech Zone" in Google, whereas you wrote it as High & New Technology Zone. No Shineray products are currently made there.

P.S: I am not putting in entire addresses in my list (though it might reduce confusion) because large complexes usually have more than one street or premises no. associated with it, which might appear to be like two or more plants. I am also checking maps to see if multiple addresses actually refer to one complex.
