Weight: 800-850 kg

Hi Dimitra:
Can we say that the Ruitong A5 seen above (#382) is is an updated model of the Beifang (BFDS) manufacturing company?

You may say so, although I cannot say for sure if BFDS too has started producing this concurrently. The "RT" on the steering wheel suggests this is a Ruitong product. Both the Sonata 9 and X5 before it have found their way into various LSEV sellers' lineups (Fulaiwo, Jiujiuxing, Henghe, Dongfeng NEV, Longrui for example), so I expect the A5 to continue that legacy.

You will notice that the tailgate of the A5 is the same as the X5's whereas the headlamps are carried over from the Sonata 9.

(Keep in mind that in the cases of commoditized cars like these, names such as "Sonata 9", "Zhongwang X5", "Yuehang X5", "A5" are often identification handles used in the trade. Mostly it is up to the final seller to keep the name, call it something else, or even call it nothing)
