Dongfeng Nissan-Diesel Company is a joint venture between the Dongfeng Motor Corporation and UD Trucks (now the part of Volvo). It produces heavy trucks for the China market, and coaches for the China and Hong Kong market.

Dongfeng Motor Co., Ltd. (China) and Nissan Diesel Motor Co., Ltd. (Japan) respectively hold 50% of our shares.
