your list is very incomplete - any word on why Xinkai only exported 400 vehicles and then the shipments stopped?

Yes I know it's incomplete. I realized at some point that it's just too difficult to keep up with the news. About Xinkai, we had one Russian member here earlier and he told that Xinkai's quality was terrible and they failed to sell enough cars and quietly pulled off the market.

I think I'll make a few changes to the list. It will be much easier to list products by country. I also try to include a year when production/exports started.
