The F70 is an upscale successor to the now-discontinued Shenqi F50 and the first product going to be launched under the Kaicene brand from Changan's new light commercial vehicle division, Kaicheng Auto (凯程汽车). Kaicene is obviously a preferred Romanization of Kaicheng.
The Kaicheng Auto division currently covers vehicles from the Shenqi and Raesor/Ruixing lineups which include pickups, some MPVs, and vans. For a company that has often in the past denied investing heavily in pickups, the F70 is perhaps its attempt at entering the growing market for lifestyle-oriented pickups, exemplified by such products as the Maxus T60. Is this the one that will be available in Europe as Peugeot (probably) later in 2020?

Good observation. Yes, the Peugeot pickup will be based on the F70 and both have been spied together in camouflage during tests. Peugeot's version will have a different grille.

So I thought Changan's commercial division was Oushang.
Getting confused with how they have split their vehicle lineup. Does not help that I can't find a website except for Changan. |

This page will give you a fair idea:
https://mall.changan.com.cn/ca-web/cars/index.html A few models might be missing but that should not pose a problem. CAKY is not part of this as it is a joint venture. |
