Beiqi Futian (FOTON) C2 mini-mpv (the C2 is the internal factory code, will probably not be the final name). Yes, the pictures are taken in front of the Foton factory in Beijing North: Changping district. The size of the car looks like the French Citroen Berlingo/Peugeot Partner.

So Foton is another Chinese company which had decided to improve its portfolio and move away from SUV territory. Good for them.

I tried to find an angle where the car looked good from. When I turned away from the computer and could not see it, then I was happy that was a good angle. This model should be in the running for worst design of the year.

Readers of Slovenian car forum claim, that this Foton is based on Citroen Berlingo, even chassis is supposedly the same.

Is this information correct?
