Default Baic X65 2019 Higher Fuel Consumption, cant fix?

Hi guys. I bought a Baic X65 2019, but I think I have a higher fuel consumption (between 5 and 6 liters per kilometer). I would like to change the air filter to check if the consumption can be fixed, but I can not find the correct model in K & n Filters Does anyone have any information?

That is the original filter (paper), k&n is a high Flow air filter.

I can't find the capable filter.

Can you take a look at these?

https://www.carid.com/performance-air-filters.html
https://www.carid.com/2000-saab-9-5-...e-air-filters/

K&N shows this page if I search for 1998 Saab 9-5 2.0L (B205 engine):

OK, but do the dimensions match?

The size of the original paper filter that fits the X65 is given as 265 x 212 x 40 mm according to the above aliexpress link (in post #23)

The 2011 Saab 9-5 panel (rectangular) high-flow filter given by K&N is 289 x 257 x 41 mm.

But can you try to measure the true dimensions of your current filter and use this page? This is for a universal high-flow panel filter:

https://www.knfilters.com/search/univ2.aspx?id=S0005

Caution: Some people advise a remap of the ECU after installation of high-flow filters, while others don't as they think the O2 sensor takes care of it and instructs the ECU to adjust the air-fuel mixture. In certain scenarios, installation of a high-flow filter may even increase consumption (less mileage). Google around for some discussions on this.

i thought that if I change the filter can increase the kilometers (maybe). I don't know why I have 5 Km by liter, If I drive like old man the x65 have 200km by tank (60L)

Your thinking seems to be on the right track and here are a couple of discussions which do blame the air filter, O2 sensor, or fuel injectors.

https://www.carsdirect.com/car-buyin...ad-gas-mileage
See points 2, 3, and 4 suggested in the above link. Yours is a new car, so many of the other standard suggestions might not apply to your case.

Also read this Quora answer by "James Jones"; his remedies too sound like how you would have tackled the problem (K&N filter etc.).

https://www.quora.com/What-causes-high-fuel-consumption

From afar, there's not much more we can suggest. I hope you have been to the service center and they have acknowledged the problem.

If this vehicle was purchased from an authorized BAIC dealer, the vehicle should be covered under a comprehensive warranty. This is a new car and so the owner should not be burdened with finding a solution to the problem.
Once the dealer has verified the problem, then, with the help of the manufacturer, the dealer is accountable to restore the vehicle to the advertised fuel economy. This excessive fuel consumption problem can result in an excessive emission of pollutants, and may cause failure to pass emissions inspections by the local motor vehicle authority.
BAIC's reputation in the overseas market is at stake here.
If the dealer is not responsive to the customer's complaint, then the manufacturer should be contacted.
