NDRC approves a pickup truck for production by Liaoning Lingyuan Linghe. This is a fairly old design seen in the past from other manufacturers as well.

Recall that last month, FAW Lingyuan Auto (the other Linghe offshoot) received NDRC approval for a pickup truck as well.

Liaoning Lingyuan Linghe Automobile Manufacturing Co., Ltd. has been renamed Liaoning Hangtian Linghe Automobile Co., Ltd. as of September 2018, a more apt name as it is a subsidiary of CASC (Hangtian is usually translated as "aerospace"). This would also remove some of the perennial confusion between two truck companies with "Lingyuan" in their names that have descended from the Linghe auto factory of Liaoning.

New pickup from Hangtian Linghe Auto. It is a "sister" model to estranged cousin FAW Lingyuan Auto's FHA Leishen (see thread). The name Qihangxing (启航星) is applied to a range of products including bigger trucks made by Hangtian Linghe, so it is not the name of this specific model.

The Qihangxing pickup comes in long and short wheelbase versions as well as cab-chassis. There are four trim levels: Elite, Deluxe, Extreme, and Executive. The pickup was unveiled on 19-Dec-2019, and the range starts at an indicative price of 86,800 RMB.
