Jiangsu Joylong Automobile Co., Ltd was founded in 2007 and located in Jiangdu, Jiangsu Province, China. It is a large-scale specialized enterprise with minibus manufacture as the core business, engineering machinery and real estate as the strategic business.

Just read on article on the Joylong brand & A9 minibus coming to Australia mid this year.

Looks like they plan to target the tourist minibus sector and will have a 7 to 15 seater options.
