Welcome Maro:
During Nanjing Auto's absorbtion by SAIC in 2008, Soyat seemed to fade into history.
Bird Technology was a serious investor in the Soyat line for a while but they too gave up on Soyat and went to invest in Changfeng and Shenma. I believe Soyat production was halted in early 2008.

Wait, so SAIC owns Soyats NAG company then? I think it was a very big mistake to forsake soyat the way it did; it was a pretty well rounded lineup, so it could have done well as a brand (although it WOULD need a bit of a facelift yet again).

Maybe if I could just track the sole proprietor of all the old parts, buy the rights, live my dream...
