MG 550 was officially launched in Brasil. It is currently sold with the 1.8l turbo engine developing 170 hp and coupled to a six-speed automatic. Standard equipment is very good and includes among others sunroof, climate control, power leather seats, parking sensors with rearview camera, traction control, six airbags, ABS, etc...
The suggested retail price is 94.789 RS (aprox. 42.482 €).

The MG550 arrives here for R$95.000, a high value for an car with stigma of being made in China. The Brazilian still is sufficiently prejudiced in relation to the Chinese, but the Chery is improving this vision of the local consumer. I want to see when to arrive the MG350 excessively and. Of high price already the Honda arrives, that was knocked down by the Hyundai here in Brazil.

not a mistake. Imported cars in Brazil are affected by a 36% of Tax plus 19% VAT

The people prefer buy a Opel Corsa B than a safer car
