Mr.Li Jianxin Li ,male, the Han nationality, borned in October of 1953, the Party member of the CPC, Master degree, senior engineer, President of Changfeng (Group ) Co.,Ltd. (former 7319 factory of the Chinese People' s Liberation Army ),deputy to the National People's Congress.
