Shanghai Zhunti Automotive
Producer of Hiace-like vans. The company probably closed doors long time ago. In the brief introduction there are still mentioned plans for 2007... Interesting thing is that the date on their homepage is current. http://www.vajra.com.cn/ Quote:

In my files I have this filed under name 'Guizhou Hangtian'. In 2006 they had three Hiace clones in offer; models GHT6460, GHT6490 and GHT6491. Also there was a bigger minibus (not Toyota-derived) designated GHT6600. Thanks for the interesting link, Martin!

It seems the company was taken over by Shanxi Co.

You are welcome. I have deleted my previous post as it is now unnecessary.
I would just like to add: The Victory group was planning to relaunch the GHT6400 as the Jinchi V1 (SCH6400) and had developed an extended version, labeled V518 or Jinchi V2 (GHT6430/SCH6430), and related pickups, Jinchi K1 and K2 (SCH1025D/1025S). According to what data I have, I find they have not reported any sales since April of this year. After restructuring its distribution and sales network into a new company "Shanxi Taixing Chenggong Automobile Sales Co., Ltd." during 2013, Victory resumed sales in the domestic market this March with about 360 mini-vehicles delivered. No sales had been reported since April of last year, though exports may have continued. Also branding has changed to "Taixing Chenggong" (太行成功) instead of Chenggong (Victory) or Shenjian. This is reflected in the newer NDRC announcements as well.
