The JAC Heyue will be introduced in Brazil as J5, which will go on sale in July next year. The J5 will be equipped with a 125 hp 1.5 16V engine and a five-speed manual gearbox. The prices start at $ 53,900. JAC showed an electric version at the Salão do Automóvel São Paulo, which will not come to the Brazilian market before the government provide incentives for electric vehicles.

Jianghuai J5 which is overseas name for the Heyue officialy entered Brazilian market.
JAC, alongside other Chinese manufacturers, have received a warm reception from Brazil and the Latin American market as a whole. The idea of samba dancers owning Anhui-made vehicles is something that was unimaginable in the past. The manufacturer released its Tongyue and Tongyue RS cars, renamed J3 and J3 Turin, respectively, in the Brazilian market last March, and is planning to release the Heyue RS, renamed J6, in August.
