From the fact that JAC makes Hyundai badged vehicles, I guess it should be a lisenced manufacturer of this model. So far as I know, JAC has a joint venture with Hyundai making small and medium size buses under both JAC and HYUNDAI brands. So there should be a certain cooperative relation between the two.

And there's even a third partner of Hyundai in China: Hengtong Huatai Motors which has been assembling CKD Terraca SUV for years and has just launched the Santa Fe, both under the Hyundai brand. These two models are being made in Huatai's Rongcheng plant of Shandong Province, which has close trading ties with S Korea.

Huatai also has a plant in Yanbian, the so called Korean Autonomous Prefecture in northern China, that makes large and medium size buses but with very poor sellings.
