Yes, initially the impression was it was going to be a replacement for the Benben Mini-e (A101) electric, and that one was being sold by the Oushang commercial division. But the publication of the blue poster later on by Kaicheng lent support to the fact that Kaicheng division will market the car. Ruixing is not a division; it is a model line (or a sub-brand).
Dojo will manufacture the car (on the PF-A small car platform) and may also participate in publicity events, etc. but Dojo cannot sell the car* as it is not the production license holder, per MIIT, and is not eligible to collect subsides. The ES30 is an NDRC-approved NEV with a range of 305 km (>250 km), so it will receive subsidies (payable by the govt. to Hebei Changan) as well as relief in purchase tax.
*P.S.: Dojo can sell the car acting as a franchise holder/dealer of Changan, maybe through a wholly-owned sales channel, but even then the subsidies can be claimed only by Hebei Changan.
Changan light vehicles are distributed by these divisions:
Changan Auto PV
Changan New Energy Auto
Oushang Division (subdivided into Oushang Auto & Oushang Commercial)
The 2021 exterior differences are noticeable, but the interior looks remarkably the same as the 2013 model, with the exception of a display screen at front and center, on the older model. Even the seat upholstery of both is identical.
Looking again at the 2020 model interior, it seems they are going backward.
