Autohome has reported four new vehicles awaiting approval, which will probably be known as F6 and F6i (both having Red and Blue Labels). These are totally different from the H6-based "F6".

The latest F6i and F6 appear to be "medium" and "large" size versions of the "small" Haval H2S Red and Blue (formerly F2). Apart from size, those of the same-colored Label appear to be nearly identical to one another, although there are very subtle differences visually.

All-new Haval H6

In a surprise move, Great Wall unveiled the 4.6-m version as the All-New H6 at a special ceremony. For now, only the Red Label was presented on stage although the future Blue Label was also shown via graphics on screen.

This is the biggest derivative of the H2S. There will be intermediate (4.4 m) versions too, as described in previous posts.

There is some indication that the other F6H6 will be called M6, but what does one know?

Another version of the intermediate-model Blue Label (see post #2). There are indications the intermediate models might be packed into the H6 range as well, as seen by the rear-end pic. If so, there might be five versions of the second-generation H6; that is, even not accounting for a second-generation H6 Coupe which is possible as well as the totally different other H6 (which some say might get to be called M6).

The 4.4-m SWB ones are rumored to be called H6 Youth Edition (青春版). Here is a Blue Label.

Haval H4?

Okay, so the circus continues, but some sanity seems to be returning. MIIT Fuel Economy table now lists the intermediate (4.4 m) SUVs as H4. So thankfully not "H6 Youth Edition" (oh the horror!) Hope it stays that way.

As 'cuisine' said, it's a soap opera indeed, and strangely, I am somehow beginning to enjoy it :D

Re: 2017 Haval All-New H6 (F6 & F6i)

So gathering from Haval's Chinese website, the short wheelbase H6 got called H2S, correct?

Also the H6S is a heavily redone H6 Coupe?
Re: 2017 Haval All-New H6 (F6 & F6i)

@ausrutherford: yes, the shortest version of the New H6 is the H2S, and the H4 will be in the middle.

The H6S sits on the same wheelbase and has similar dimensions, so there is a high likelihood that the platform is common and it is a re-bodied H6 Coupe.

P.S.: I initially made a new thread on the H4, but since the H4 and New H6 are so closely related, decided to retain H4 posts in the current thread.
