It is, but perhaps not the Europe you had in mind. Production of the latest Cerato BD sedan began last month at Avtotor in Kaliningrad, which is situated less than 40 km north of the Polish border. It does not get that "great front" though, just the plain vanilla Kia "tiger nose"
