I just use the Bablefish translator - not too accurate especially for technical things (like cars), but can be entertaining - or you could look at it as intellectually stimulating...get those synapses snapping.
Chinese second hand car market is still in its infantry in any case. The prices are not regulated, normally over-charged for used cars and basically the Chinese would rather buy a new car with any budget they can come up with.
Since maintenance and servicing is not regulated by a strict central authority, you really have no idea what you are paying for, unless you are a mega-expert.
