I do believe the model labelled as DV611-B appears in the most recent MIIT update as the V2:

It's appeared previous months as a petrol minibus and van, this month is an EV version. It's an update of the old BAIC Huansu H6 (much like the Ruixiang X3 updates the Huansu S3L). Its sister model parked next to it in the photo in the above post of yours was also in an MIIT update a few months ago, named V1, and is an updated Huansu H2.
