I'm guessing it is based on the previous gen Noah and that Toyota supplied them with the parts for it.

What I noticed on the MPVis that above the front wheel, the Hybrid badge looks just like the Toyota hybrid badge on their cars.

I just noticed that it's a rendering, based on the different frontal proportions in the top and bottom images.
