Cannot access ChinaCarHistory.com

Hello, this site might not be the best place to go for this, but since ChinaCarHistory.com is used a lot here, maybe someone will be able to assist me. I was reading this article on the Koryo Group website about a car museum in China, and clicked on this link to ChinaCarHistory.com which was embedded within the article. However, I clicked on it and it redirected me to Account Suspended, a page with very vague context which reads
"This Account has been suspended. Contact your hosting provider for more information.":

I'm not sure if this is a general error that is either temporary or permanent, the account which runs the site is suspended somehow, or my IP address was somehow blocked from the website. If anyone else can access the site then it's either 1 or 3. I was considering contacting the hosting provider via that link but I'll ask for info here first. If anyone else can access the site and help me determine why or how this happened, I would appreciate it. I don't know if accessing the site from KoryoGroup.com was the issue or if it's something else. I can give more information if needed. Many thanks to anyone who can help.
