"Changxing" is correct. However, this is not a factory-built new car from Changan. This is a modified version of the Oushang A600 created by TIHO [Wuhan Taihe Xunjie Digital Business Co., Ltd. (武汉太和巽捷数字商务有限公司)] whose business scope includes: "Digital content services; production and manufacturing of auto parts; R&D, wholesale and retail of automobiles and parts" etc.
Basically, TIHO has fashioned exclusive parts (and decals!) to modify/customize the stock A600. Compared to the standard car, length has increased by 8 mm, explained by the new grille. More surprising is the wheelbase extension of 20 mm, which suggests adjustment of the suspension as well, without however affecting the panels (i.e., I don't think the car was bodily extended). This will be offered through Changan sales channels as a special edition model.
