No way run of the mill, at a time when all SUVs are beginning to look the same.

eQ5 to get the moniker "Mayi" (蚂蚁) meaning "ant", just like its younger sibling eQ1 which is XiaoMayi, i.e. "little ant".

The eq7 is not really a new car; it is a facelift of the not-very-successful eQ5. The 4.5-cm increase in length is due to the new front end and redesigned bumpers. Wheelbase and width remain the same.
