Chery powered Joyner Trooper

I have a Joyner Trooper which is powered by a Chery 1100cc engine. I heard this engine is a copy of the Chevy GEO engine. Is it? If you have any info about the engine, I would greatly appreciate as I wish to do some upgrades/mods. Thanks!

This car is not available in my country but with 1100cc you need some modifications to increase the torque.

Try to find a custome cold air intake for the car.
