MIIT

This is the same car as the Lepas L8.

The Fulwin T8L shown in post #98 is related to this, and shares the same vehicle code T1G (not to be confused with T1GC, which is a different family of vehicles).

There seems to be some confusion regarding the recent large Tiggos/Fulwins, and their threads have somehow become a mishmash.
Tiggo 8/8 Plus/8 Pro (int'l)/8 Pro (local) -- T1A/T1D/T18 (based on T1X platform)
Tiggo 8L/Tiggo 9 PHEV ("global")/Fulwin T9 -- T28 (based on T2X platform)
Tiggo 9 (local)/Jaecoo J8/Fulwin T10 -- T26 (based on T2X platform)

That is an imported Chery; one can see five widely spaced letters covered with some kind of tape on the rear that obviously spell CHERY and cannot be Fownix. Yes, it is a PHEV variant of the Tiggo 8 Pro (Plus in China) that can potentially be launched in the near future by Fownix.

This is what the rear of a locally-assembled Fownix Tiggo 8 Pro looks like:

UAZ is reported to have undertaken trial assembly of a Tiggo 8 variant in Russia in April. However, it remains to be seen whether production of Chery vehicles actually resumes in Russia. In the past, Chery has tied up with multiple Russian partners for carrying out assembly of its vehicles locally (Avtotor, Transervis, Derways, TagAZ to name a few, in no particular order).
