By the end of last month, the manufacturers had earned US$3.6 billion in foreign exchange, up 27.36 percent year-on-year.

The top five motorcycle export types, including 125cc, 100cc and 110cc, stood at 6.66 million units from January to November and accounted for 91.63 percent of the total.

CAAM forecast that output and sales of motorcycles could both exceed 25 million units this year.
