If you have spent any time in China, you would know that virtually no Chinese businessman believes in a win-win situation. If their opponent, or customer, wins, they must in some way lose. It is Chinese mentality.

and aren't u chinese ?

So isn't it also your mentality ?

And if you are not Chinese then how do u know that it is Chinese mentality and all Chinese people have this kind of mentality ? And seriously, people like you I have seen a lot on the net who always claim to travel a lot to this country or that country and use it as a tool to bash that country.
No, not Chinese. Studied in China, and now work in China for more than a decade.

Pretty much anyone in business in China knows this, native or foreign, though many lesser educated or more nationalistic will not acknowledge it. Professors teaching about Chinese business teach this, if they are any good. I've consulted on a few course outlines for top business schools. Those coaching sales techniques in China regularly spend time on how to overcome this issue with mainland sales people and foreigners visiting to do business.

It is a recognized trait. Do not know why you are so upset by it. It is not necessarily bad, it is a cultural issue, there are many of them with all nationalities.
