Chinese speakers - How would you translate this

I don't speak any chinese but that is a bit of a challenge!

Would "notch" or "indent" work? As in if you don't push it as far as the second notch then it may jump out of position again.

Of course I may not be understanding what it says at all :lol:

just run it through Google CN/EN translator and it gives me something about gears. So I guess its gear related.

I don't actually see where it gets "Gear" from but Google is normally right on these things and if you add "Gear" and "notch" instead of "schedule" to the Bablefish translation it more or less makes sense:

挡位 is just "Gear Position".
