Spyshots have emerged of an electric car, with a body that somewhat resembles an Audi A3 sedan, reportedly being tested by CRRC, the state-owned railway rolling stock and locomotive manufacturer. It looks to be a simple, straightforward car with none of the style or flair of new-age new energy vehicles, but it could very well be a decoy or mule.
