PGMJ, it is a new-generation model. But, as you might know, the JDM Elysion ended its career in late 2013 and there is no new Elysion there.
In China's case, this new Elysion (if it indeed would be named so), seems to be a counterpart to GAC Honda's Odyssey just like the Greiz and XR-V are twins of GAC Honda's equivalent models. I find the two designs to be pretty similar (and very different from the current Elysion).
