Somehow I can't figure, what Nissan car was the base for this vehicle... Or is it own Venucia's project?

According to Tycho's CarsNewsChina it's based on the Dongfeng Fengguang 360's platform and not on a Nissan's platform.

According to Tycho's CarsNewsChina it's based on the Dongfeng Fengguang 360's platform and not on a Nissan's platform.

The Fengguang 360 is made by Dongfeng Motor's (DFM) joint venture partner, Sokon (Xiaogang) in Chongqing.

The DFL prefix in the M50V model no. however does indicate manufacture within Dongfeng's joint venture with Nissan (DFL), as Erik pointed out.
