Export price of new Chinese cars

Hi there,

As I'm interested in finding what could be the export price of a brand new Chinese car, please help me understand the way the final price, paid by a regular customer in China for a brand new car, is made of.

Something like "Price of car at dealer" + "VAT X%" + "Consumption tax Y%" = Total amount paid by the customer.

I found some sites quoting new car prices in China, like http://auto.enorth.com.cn.

Please tell me if the quoted prices for new cars, on this site, include the VAT and any other taxes, and if VAT in China for new cars is still 17%.

Thank you.

What I'm trying to determine is the potential EXPORT PRICE for the Chinese manufactured cars. Normally, export price does not include VAT, consumption tax and other internal local taxes that are due by the regular Chinese customers.

Maybe you could also recommend me other sites or links where I could find new car prices.

Isn't anybody here for a brief answer? Thank you.
Strange, it seems nobody either knows the answers I'm looking for, or I was miss-stated my questions...

A little help, please...
in CHINA, we don't play those number tricks, you are always paying what you see for the price, which i assume means yes, the price you see is all tax included.

About the details, I am sorry i cannot be more helpful 'coz I am not into this.

You need to say where you are exporting to since if you are exporting to USA or EU then you will have to meet the regulations for safety and emisions and also pay import taxes, these regulations and taxes can easily make the exported cars more expensive than locally manufactured ones.
i am looking to import chinese manufactured vehichles and now that there is a group currently importing the Chana (as it is branded here) to south africa,it has been recieved well in to our market,as umax asked, are there any solid export pricing available for the chinese brands?
